A)        All performers were over 18 years of age at the time of their first production,

B)        No actual sexual activity took place at any time during this production, and

C)        All depictions of simulated sexually explicit conduct and/or lascivious exhibition of the genitals took place before March 18th 2009,

the producer of the visual depictions contained herein is exempt from 2257 record keeping requirements.
